  3. Paste the list into the first highlighted cell. The interface works like a spreadsheet.

  4. For each lexicon, you can choose:

    • Plural: Matches pluralized forms.
      E.g., ā€œcommunicationā€ matches both ā€œcommunicationā€ and ā€œcommunicationsā€.

    • Prefix: Matches words starting with the entry.
      E.g., ā€œguarantā€ matches ā€œguarantee,ā€ ā€œguarantor,ā€ ā€œguaranteed,ā€ etc.

  5. On the right-hand side under Details, enter a Dictionary Name.

  6. Choose a Match Type:

    • All: Flags a message only if it contains every term in the dictionary.

    • Any: Flags a message if it contains any of the terms.

  7. Click Create Dictionary to save.

To use this dictionary, go to the Policies section and create a policy that references it.

Modifying a Dictionary

You can edit dictionaries directly in the interface, similar to using a spreadsheet:

  • Add/remove a row:
Click the ā€œ+ā€ button at the bottom of the dictionary list, select a cell, and type the new lexicon. Click the ā€œ-ā€ button at the bottom of the dictionary list remove the bottom cell.

  • Remove a lexicon:
Click on the term and press Backspace.

  • Edit a lexicon:
Click the term, press Enter, and make your changes.
