This article explains how to view captured accounts associated with a specific connection in MirrorWeb Insight. This process helps users identify which accounts are being monitored and captured under a particular connection configuration across Email, Microsoft Teams and Slack.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Navigate to Management

From the MirrorWeb Insight Dashboard, select Management.

2. Access Connection Management

Select Connection management from the management options.

3. View All Connections

Select Connections to display a list of all available connections in your system.

4. Locate Your Target Connection

Find the relevant connection you want to review for captured accounts. You can view accounts for the following platforms:

  • Email

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Slack

5. Verify Domain Configuration

Ensure you have the relevant domains you want to view added to the connection. Note that you can add multiple domains to a single connection for comprehensive coverage.

6. Update Connection Settings

Select Update once you've added or modified the connection domains to save your changes.

7. Access Captured Accounts

Select Captured Accounts to view the monitoring details for this connection.

8. Review Account Information

In the Captured Accounts view, you can see:

  • Email addresses associated with each captured account

  • Last message sent date for activity tracking and verification

๐Ÿ’ก Pro Tips

  • Use multiple domains in a single connection to streamline management while maintaining comprehensive coverage

  • Monitor the "last message sent date" to identify inactive accounts that may need attention

  • Regularly review captured accounts across all platforms to ensure complete compliance coverage

๐Ÿงช Troubleshooting

If accounts are not appearing:

  • Verify that the relevant domains are properly added to the connection

  • Check that the connection update was successfully saved

  • Ensure the platforms (Email, Teams, Slack, Zoom, SMS) are properly configured

  • Confirm that accounts have recent activity by checking the last message sent dates
