🧠 Overview: Setting Up Single Sign-On (SSO) in MirrorWeb Insight

This guide will walk you through the steps required to configure Single Sign-On (SSO) for your MirrorWeb Insight account, allowing your users to access the platform securely and seamlessly using your organization’s identity provider.

āœ… Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have the following:

  • Login credentials for your MirrorWeb Insight account

  • Access to the Management module within Insight

  • Configuration details from your SSO provider (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, or another SAML-compatible service)

šŸ› ļø Step-by-Step Setup Instructions

1. Access the Management Module

Log in to my.mirrorweb.com and navigate to the Management module from the dashboard.

2. Open the SSO Settings

In the left-hand sidebar, click on SSO.

3. Create a New SAML Configuration

On the SAML configuration screen, click New to begin the setup process.

4. Select Your SSO Provider

MirrorWeb supports pre-configured templates for Azure AD and Okta, or you can choose to set up a generic SAML configuration.
For this guide, select Okta.

5. Enter Your Domain Name

In the domain field, input your organization’s domain name (e.g., yourcompany.com).

6. Fill in SAML Configuration Details

Using the information provided by your SSO provider, complete the remaining fields in the configuration form.
If you’re unsure of these values, please contact your IT team or SSO administrator.

7. Save the Configuration

Once all required fields are completed, click Create to finalize your setup.

Once configured, your organization can begin logging into MirrorWeb Insight using your SSO provider.
