If you're looking to expand your team’s access to MirrorWeb Insight, this guide will walk you through the steps to send invitations to new users.
🛠️ Prerequisites
Before you begin, make sure you:
Have valid login credentials for MirrorWeb Insight.
Are assigned Admin access, as only Admins can access the Management module.
🚀 Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Access the Management Module
Log into MirrorWeb Insight.
From the Dashboard, click Management in the left-hand menu.
2. Navigate to the User Settings
Within the Management module, select Users.
3. Invite a New User
Click Invite a user in the top right corner.
4. Complete the Invitation Form
Enter the email address of the user you wish to invite.
Select the relevant Teams they should have access to. Select all teams if you want the user to be an admin.
Click Send Invite.
The user will receive an email invitation with steps to complete their registration.
📩 What Happens Next?
Once the invite is sent:
The user will receive a welcome email with instructions to log in.
Their account will remain pending until they accept the invitation.
🔐 Reminder: Only Admins can manage user permissions and resend or revoke invitations.
