🔍 Use Case / Scenario
Exporting search results allows users to retain copies of archived communications for audit, review, or offline storage. This is commonly used for compliance reviews, legal requests, or internal reporting.
🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to MirrorWeb Insight and go to the Communications module.
Click on New to start a new search, or use an existing template or schedule.
Scroll to the Platforms section and select the platforms you want to export content from.
Choose a date range (required). For example, select “previous month”.
Add any additional keywords or parameters relevant to your search.
Click Search.
Once results appear, select the messages you want to export.
Click on Export.
Enter a name for your export file.
Choose an export format:
Native: The original ingested format
EML: Standard email format
Click Save.
You’ll receive an email notification once the export is ready. Click Download Export in the email.
Click on the download icon next to your export. You will be presented with download options, to either copy the URL download link or download directly as a zip file. Choose your preferred option and download your export.
