🧠 Summary / Purpose

This article explains how to export archived webpage content from MirrorWeb Insight. By the end of this guide, you'll know how to generate and download webpage exports in PDF or PNG format.

πŸ” Use Case / Scenario

Exporting archived web pages is useful for audits, internal reporting, or sharing specific content snapshots with stakeholders or regulators. MirrorWeb allows flexible export formats to meet these needs.

πŸ› οΈ Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. In the Insight Platform, navigate to Web > Sites

  2. Click on the website you want to export

  3. All available instances will be displayed. You must export each instance separately. Click View on the instance you want to export

  4. You'll see one or two replay systems available (Kagami or Classic). Select either system - both work for exporting. If only one system is listed, select that one.

  5. Once the replay loads, click the gear icon in the top right corner and select Export Page from the menu

  6. Choose your export format:

    1. PDF: Creates a document with an optional cover page

    2. PNG: Generates a static image of the webpage

  7. Click Export

  8. To access your exports, navigate to Exports under the Web category, find your export in the list, and click Download to retrieve your file

Pro Tip:

Note: Each website instance must be exported individually. Repeat this process for any additional instances you need.
