From the Insight dashboard, navigate to the Web Module and click on the 🔍 Search sub-module in the sidebar.

In the URL box, input the website URL you want to search. This search will be run across all profiles within your organisation. You do not need to include the http(s):// protocol, and results will not be affected if you include this prefix.

The results page shows every web profile that has contained the target URL, as well as the number of instances where the URL was captured. Select a web profile to view the specific captures of the webpage within that profile.

Select a date from the Timeline page to navigate to the captured webpage on that date.

Browse through the archive on that date.

The calendar icon on the right-hand side of the replay banner returns you to the timeline page for the profile the current instance belongs to.

To export a snapshot document of the archived page, click on Additional actions at the top right and select Export page. You can download it in either PFD or PNG formats.

To download the source of the page rendered in replay, click on Additional actions at the top right and select Download page source. First, make sure the page has fully loaded; otherwise, you may get an incomplete export.

From the Insight dashboard, navigate to the Web Module and click on the Sites sub-module in the sidebar. Select a profile from the list.

Click the 🔍 Search button in the top right to open a URL search view.

Enter a search term in the modal that appears. You can search exact or base partial URLs i.e www.murrirweb.com from this modal. Click a result to open the Timeline view for that page.

Select a date from the Timeline page to navigate to the captured webpage on that date.

Selecting any of the highlighted date entries here will take you through to the specific instance selected
