MirrorWeb Insight customers can use the MirrorWeb Archiver for TikTok to capture content from a monitored TikTok Account or Hashtag.
Enabling TikTok archiving will automatically capture any content and interactions with a TikTok Account and pass them through to MirrorWeb for archiving and ongoing communications surveillance.
Pre-requisites
TikTok Account
List of hashtags for monitoring (optional)
Adding the app
Contact your MirrorWeb Customer Success Manager with the details of your TikTok accounts and hashtags to monitor (optional)
Viewing content inside Insight
If TikTok Archiving is enabled on the account, then all content authenticated for will be automatically indexed within MirrorWeb Insight. As a compliance analyst, use the following steps to view only your TikTok communication archives:
Start a new search by going to Communications >> Search within MirrorWeb Insight.
Under platforms, select TikTok as the target platform;
Select a date range for your query, and tap the Search button;
Click on a message on the left-hand side to view the content.
Removing the App
