MirrorWeb Insight customers can use the MirrorWeb Archiver for Symphony to capture content from a monitored Facebook Business Page.

Enabling Symphony archiving will automatically capture any content and interactions with a monitored Symphony account and pass them through to MirrorWeb for archiving and ongoing communications monitoring.

As a first step, your Symphony admin must configure a Recurring Export in the Symphony Admin Portal, and provide MirrorWeb with an RSA PGP Key Pair provided by Symphony that will be used to connect to Symphony's hosted SFTP servers

Pre-requisites

  • Symphony-Hosted SFTP

  • Symphony Recurring Export

  • Symphony generated Encryption Key for Context Export

  • Symphony generated RSA Key for SFTP authorization
