Prerequisites
Before starting this guide, please ensure that you have the following information:
Log-in credentials to MirrorWeb Insight;
Details of the Identity you'd like to create.
Steps
1. Once you have run a search select the relevant message you want to create a new Identity.
2. Select either the sender/recipients fields.
3. You can either Create an Identity or Assign to an Existing Identity. For this example, we will create a new identity
4. Input all relevant core details for the identity.
5. Select the contact type.
6. Once all details are correct, click on Create identity.
