Understood how to search for Identities or Identity Groups within MirrorWeb Insight.
Prerequisites
Before starting this guide, please ensure that you have the following information:
Log-in credentials to MirrorWeb Insight;
Details of the Identities or Identity Group you'd like to search
Steps
1. From the Insight dashboard (my.mirrorweb.com), navigate to the Communications module.
2. Within Basic and Advanced Search, you can toggle sender type. This changes the input option of the search box.
3. You can select between Identity and Identity Group.
4. Begin to input the email of the Identity you wish to search.
5. The users will populate below.
6. You can use all other search parameters as standard.
7. Once you are happy with the search, click on search.
8. This will retrieve all accounts associated to the Identity - E.g. For example, this would retrieve social media, whatsapp, iMessage and Email for the search Identity.
