Understood how to create Identities within MirrorWeb Insight.
Prerequisites
Before starting this guide, please ensure that you have the following information:
Log-in credentials to MirrorWeb Insight;
Details of the Identities you'd like to group.
Steps
1. From the Insight dashboard (my.mirrorweb.com), navigate to the Communications module.
2. Click on Identities.
3. In the dropdown menu that appears, click on Groups.
4. You can view all existing Identity Groups here.
5. Click on Create group.
6. Name the Identity Group - e.g. Sales Team.
7. Give the Identity Group a description.
8. Select from the existing Identities to add to the group.
9. Once finished click on create group.
