Prerequisites

Before starting this guide, please ensure that you have the following information:

  • Log-in credentials to MirrorWeb Insight;

  • Details of the connections you'd like to set-up.

Steps

1. From the MirrorWeb Insight Dashboard (my.mirrorweb.com), click on the Management module.

2. Click on Connection management.

3. Click on Connections.

4. Click on Add connections.

5. In the dropdown menu that appears, click on Bulk Upload Connections.

6. Select the platforms you want to bulk upload.

7. Once you've selected all platforms you want to upload, click on Add Selected.

8. Click on Next.

9. For any platforms that require additional configuration, select the configuration.

10. Once, you've completed configuration for all platforms, click on Next.

11. Click on Download template. This will have all relevant fields you need to populate.

12. Once completed, click on Import from CSV and select the file.

13. Click on Upload.

14. You will receive a summary of the upload then Click on Create connections.

15. You can then view all connections that have been created. To action them, click on Send Requests.

16. In the dropdown menu that appears, select the relevant option.

17. Once sent you can see the status of the connection is updated.

18. Once finished you can mark the upload as complete.
