Understood how to schedule send connections invites within MirrorWeb Insight.
Prerequisites
Before starting this guide, please ensure that you have the following information:
Log-in credentials to MirrorWeb Insight;
All connections already created for the organisation.
Steps
1. From the Insight dashboard (my.mirrorweb.com), navigate to the Management module.
2. Click on Connection management.
3. Click on Connections.
4. You can bulk select connections here.
5. To action connections, Click on Actions.
6. To perform an individual bulk send, click on Send selected.
7. Alternatively, click on Schedule requests.
8. You can configure all associated details here. The only two fields required are interval and start time.
9. Click on Create schedule.
10. You will receive confirmation this has been set-up. To view it click on Schedules.
11. To view the details, click on View Schedule.
12. To view the connections, click on Connections.
