Understood how to create a custom team within MirrorWeb Insight.

Prerequisites

Before starting this guide, please ensure that you have the following information:

  • Log-in credentials to MirrorWeb Insight;

  • Details of the access you'd like the users to have.

Steps

1. From the Insight dashboard (my.mirrorweb.com), navigate to the Management module.

2. Click on Teams.

3. Click on Create Team.

4. You can select access to each area of the platform here. For example, select search.

5. You can select the specific permissions using the input boxes.

6. Once you've selected all permissions, click on Next.

7. In the Name field, type the name of the Team.

Optional - Restrict Access to Identities and Platforms

1. You can apply restrictions to platforms. This means compliance users that have this team assigned will only be able to search for specific platforms.

2. You can apply restrictions to Identities or Identity Groups. This means compliance users that have this team assigned will only be able to search for specific Identities or Identity Groups. You can toggle between the two options here.

3. Search in the input box for each Identity or Identity Group.

4. Click on Create team.

1. Click on Manage team members.
