1. Visit the MirrorWeb Support Desk

2. Set Your Password (First-Time Users)

If you’ve previously emailed support but never signed in:

  • In the sign-in dialog, click Have you emailed us? Get a password

  • You’ll receive a Welcome Email at the address you used

  • Click the link in the email to set your password and complete your account setup

3. Create an Account (New Users)

If you haven’t submitted a ticket yet:

  • Click Sign In > then click Sign Up next to “New to MirrorWeb?”

  • Enter your name and email address

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to complete registration

  • You don’t need to create an account before submitting your first ticket—an account is automatically created using the email you provide.

  • Use your work email to ensure you're correctly associated with your organization for shared ticket visibility.
