This article walks you through how to log in to the MirrorWeb Support Desk to view your submitted tickets and monitor their progress. It also covers how to create your account and reset your password.
đ ïž Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Visit the MirrorWeb Support Desk
Click Sign In at the top right of the screen
2. Set Your Password (First-Time Users)
If youâve previously emailed support but never signed in:
In the sign-in dialog, click Have you emailed us? Get a password
Youâll receive a Welcome Email at the address you used
Click the link in the email to set your password and complete your account setup
3. Create an Account (New Users)
If you havenât submitted a ticket yet:
Click Sign In > then click Sign Up next to âNew to MirrorWeb?â
Enter your name and email address
Youâll receive a confirmation email with a link to complete registration

You donât need to create an account before submitting your first ticketâan account is automatically created using the email you provide.
Use your work email to ensure you're correctly associated with your organization for shared ticket visibility.

Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm that you used the same email address you contacted support from.
