🧠 Summary / Purpose
This article explains how MirrorWeb customers can view and engage with support tickets submitted by colleagues within their organization via the MirrorWeb Support Desk. It’s designed to improve team visibility and collaboration.
🛠️ Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Sign in to MirrorWeb Support
Click Sign In in the top right corner
Enter your username and password
Click the Sign In button
2. Access Organization Tickets
Once signed in, click your Profile Name and Picture in the top right
Select My Activities from the dropdown menu
You will see three tabs:
My requests – Tickets you submitted
Requests I'm CC'd on – Tickets where you were added as a CC
Organization requests – Tickets submitted by anyone in your organization
3. Collaborate on Tickets
Depending on your organization’s settings, you may be able to:
View all tickets submitted by colleagues
Comment on those tickets to collaborate or provide additional context
🧪 Troubleshooting
If you don’t see the Organization requests tab:
Confirm that your organization has sharing enabled within MirrorWeb Support
Check with your internal admin or reach out to MirrorWeb Support to adjust your permissions
