All you need to do is

What information do I need to provide?
Your email address
A subject line (i.e. a brief introduction to the request)
A description (details of the issue or request)
You can add attachments to the ticket
Just click submit, and a MirrorWeb support agent will acknowledge your ticket and start dealing with the request. Regular updates will be provided on tickets that are not solved on receipt.
As you type your subject line, you will be offered suggestions from the knowledge base that may assist you
