Step-by-Step Instructions
MirrorWeb Insight customers can use the MirrorWeb Archiver for ICE Chat to capture content from a monitored ICE Chat account.
Enabling ICE Chat archiving will automatically capture any content with a monitored ICE Chat account and pass it through to MirrorWeb for archiving and ongoing communications monitoring.
Pre-requisites
ICE Chat account
ICE Chat SFTP site
A MirrorWeb Insight account.
Adding the app
As a first step, you must work with ICE Chat support to configure an ICE Chat SFTP site.
Once done, contact your MirrorWeb Customer Success Manager with the ICE Chat SFTP details, including the SFTP Host, SFTP Port, Username and Password.
Once complete, MirrorWeb will automatically import your organisation's content and related activity.
Viewing content inside Insight
If ICE Chat Archiving is enabled on the account, then all content authenticated for will be automatically indexed within MirrorWeb Insight. As a compliance analyst, use the following steps to view only your ICE Chat communication archives:
Start a new search by going to Communications >> Search within MirrorWeb Insight.
Under Platforms, select ICE Chat as the target platform;
Select a date range for your query and tap the Search button;
Click on a message on the left-hand side to view the content.
