Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Log in to MirrorWeb Insight (https://insight.mirrorweb.com) and log in using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Communications > Reporting > New

  3. Fill out Report details:

    1. Report Type:

      • Summary: A rich PDF summary of all the compliance activity in the organization.

        • Choose Date Range

        • Fill out filters:

          • Platforms: Select which platforms you want to include in the report. You can choose more than one.

          • Agents: Select which Agents you want to include in the report.

          • Review Actions: Include or Exclude messages that were subject to review actions.

          • Compliance Summary: Include or Exclude compliance summary messages.

          • Marketing: Include or Exclude marketing messages.

          • Privileged: Include or Exclude privileged messages.

      • Flagging: A CSV report of each lexicon policy activation over the specified time period.

        • Choose Date Range

      • Message: A CSV report containing message metadata, filterable by flag status, review status, and sender.

        • Choose Date Range

        • Fill out Filters:

          • Flagged: Filter by flagged messages, non-flagged messages or both.

          • Status: Filter by Review Status: Compliant, Non-Compliant, Escalated.

          • Sender: Filter by messages sent by a specific account.

      • Agent Audit: A CSV report containing every action an individual compliance agent has taken.

        • Choose Date Range

        • Fill out Filters:

          • Agent: Select an agent this report should apply to.

  4. Click on Next.

  5. Name the report.

  6. Click on Create Report.

Notes

Important: Report generation is processed asynchronously. Large reports covering extensive date ranges or high message volumes may take several minutes to complete.

Note: Agent Audit reports are only visible to the Compliance Analyst who created them and users with Admin access.

Note: Date ranges use your organisation's configured timezone.
