Summary
Trusted Contacts is managed from the Management module in MirrorWeb Insight. The Trusted Contacts option appears in the Management sidebar for organisations that have access to the feature. From the Trusted Contacts page you set your organisation's default preferences and invite users to the Trusted Contacts app.
This article covers reaching the Trusted Contacts page and confirming the feature is available. To set organisation defaults, see How to manage trusted contacts and defaults. To invite users, see How to manage trusted contact invitations.
Prerequisites
Login credentials for MirrorWeb Insight
Admin access to the organisation (the Trusted Contacts pages require an admin session)
Trusted Contacts access enabled for your organisation
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Management module
Sign in to MirrorWeb Insight and open the Management module for your organisation.
Step 2: Select Trusted Contacts in the sidebar
In the Management sidebar, click Trusted Contacts. This item appears only when your organisation has access to the Trusted Contacts feature.
Step 3: Confirm the Trusted Contacts page loads
The Trusted Contacts page opens with the heading Trusted Contacts and the description "Manage the users and settings for Trusted Contacts". The page contains a Preferences section and a Users section.
Notes
If the Trusted Contacts item does not appear in the Management sidebar, your organisation does not currently have access to the feature. Contact MirrorWeb support to have it enabled for your organisation.
Enabling access to Trusted Contacts does not create any contact relationships. You still need to set your organisation's default preferences and invite users from the Trusted Contacts page.
