Summary

From the Trusted Contacts page in the Management module you can invite users to the Trusted Contacts app and manage invitations that have already been sent. The Users section has two tabs: Active lists users who have joined, and Invites lists pending invitations. From the Invites tab you can resend or delete an invitation.

Prerequisites

  • Login credentials for MirrorWeb Insight

  • Admin access to the organisation

  • Trusted Contacts access enabled for your organisation (see How to enable trusted contacts)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Trusted Contacts page

In the Management sidebar, click Trusted Contacts. The Users section shows an Active tab and an Invites tab.

Step 2: Invite a user

Click Invite User to open the Invite to Trusted Contacts dialog. The dialog explains that it sends "an invite to someone with a link to download and setup the Trusted Contacts app." Enter:

  • Email address — the email of the user you wish to invite.

  • Phone number — the phone number of the user you wish to invite.

Optionally select Invite more users to keep the form open after sending. Click Invite User to send the invitation. A success message confirms the user has been invited.

Step 3: View pending invitations

Click the Invites tab. The table lists each pending invitation with the columns Email, Phone Number, Invited by, and Expires. Invitations whose expiry has passed show Expired in the Expires column. You can search by email address and sort by email address (A–Z or Z–A).

Step 4: Resend an invitation

Next to an invitation, click the resend action. A Resend invite? confirmation asks "Are you sure you want to resend an invite for" the listed email address. Click Send to resend. A success message confirms the invite was resent.

Step 5: Delete an invitation

Next to an invitation, click the delete action. A Delete invite? confirmation asks "Are you sure you want to delete invite for" the listed email address. Click Delete to remove it. A success message confirms the invite was deleted.

Notes

  • The Invites tab only lists pending invitations. Once a user accepts and joins, they appear under the Active tab instead.

  • The Expires column shows the invitation's expiry date and time, or Expired once that date has passed.

  • The invitation email contains a link for the recipient to download and set up the Trusted Contacts app.
