Summary
Mira is MirrorWeb Insight's AI compliance assistant. In the Risk Management area you can hand your regulatory documentation to Mira so it can help you set up risk detection. From the Risks page, selecting Upload documentation opens the Mira chat, where you share a policy or compliance document and Mira helps draft the matching risk category.
Prerequisites
Login credentials to MirrorWeb Insight
Access to the Risk Management area
A risk policy or compliance document you want Mira to use
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Risks page
Open the Risk Management area and go to the Risks page.
Step 2: Open the Mira chat
On the welcome panel, select Upload documentation. (On the slim banner shown once you already have categories, use Add new category instead.) This opens the Mira chat drawer.
Step 3: Share your document in the chat
In the chat, follow Mira's prompt to share your risk policy or compliance document. The starter message reads: "I'd like to get started by sharing my risk policy or other compliance docs with you. How do I add them to this chat?"
Notes
The onboarding panel describes the intent as: "Mira reads your regulatory documents to learn the baseline" and "Upload your regulatory documentation to create custom detection rules."
You can also open Mira at any time using the chat toggle button available across the platform, then share a document in the conversation.
Sharing a document with Mira is the first step in creating a custom risk category; see "How to use Mira to manage risk documents and drafts" for the category-creation flow.
