Summary

Each identity group has a Members list showing the identities that belong to it. From this list you can search the members, open any member's identity, and — with communications admin access — add or remove members.

Prerequisites

  • Login credentials to MirrorWeb Insight

  • Access to the Groups area

  • An existing identity group

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open a group

Navigate to the Groups page and click a group in the sidebar to open it. The group page shows the group's details followed by a Members section.

Step 2: View and search members

Each member appears as a card showing the identity's name and primary email. Use the search box ("Search for an identity...") to filter the members by name or email; use the clear (X) button to reset the search.

If the group has no members, the section shows "This group has no members yet." If a search matches nothing, it shows "No identities found...".

Step 3: Open a member's identity

Click a member card to open that identity's detail page.

Step 4: Add a member

If you have communications admin access, click Add member to open a popover. Start typing in the search box ("Search for an identity...") to find identities not already in the group, select one or more, and click Add (the button shows "Adding..." while it saves). The popover stays open so you can add more members.

Step 5: Remove a member

Each member card has a remove (X) button, labelled Remove member. Click it to remove that identity from the group.

Notes

  • The Add member action and the per-member remove button are only shown to users with communications admin access.

  • Removing a member removes them from the group only; it does not delete the identity.
