Summary

The Identities page lists all identities for your organisation. You can search by email, page through the list, and open any identity to view its full profile, contacts, and groups.

New to identities? See What is an identity? for an overview of what an identity is and why it matters.

Prerequisites

  • Login credentials to MirrorWeb Insight

  • Access to the Identities area

  • At least one identity in your organisation

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Identities page

Navigate to the Identities page. The heading reads Identities, with the subtext "View all identities for" your organisation. The table shows four visible columns: Identity (name and primary email), Role, Status, and an actions column.

Each identity's Status shows as Active or Inactive.

If your organisation has no identities yet, the page instead shows a "Add identities to [organisation]" card with Upload and Skip options.

Step 2: Search for an identity

Type into the search box, which is labelled Search by email..., and press Enter. Use the clear (X) button at the right of the box to reset the search.

Step 3: Open an identity's profile

Click the chevron (>) at the end of an identity's row to open its detail page. The profile shows a Profile information panel (Name, Role, Primary email), a Contacts panel, and an Identity groups panel. Users with the appropriate access also see a Recent communications panel.

Notes

  • If a search returns nothing, the table shows "No identities found".

  • When pending matches exist, a "{count} match(es) found" link appears under the page heading, linking to the Identity Matching page.

  • The search box matches on email only ("Search by email...").
