Summary
From the Dictionaries page you can search and sort your dictionaries, open one to rename it, change its match type, add or remove phrases, download it as a CSV, or delete it. This article covers finding and managing existing dictionaries.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Dictionaries page
Navigate to Dictionaries under Lexicon (subtitle "Manage keyword dictionaries"). Use the Search by name... box to find a dictionary, and the sort dropdown to order by Name (A-Z / Z-A) or Newest / Oldest.
Step 2: Open a dictionary to edit
Click a dictionary in the list to open its editor. The dictionary name appears as the heading, with Save at the top right.
Step 3: Edit the details
In the Details panel you can:
Change the Dictionary name.
Change the Match type using the Any / All toggle.
Step 4: Add or remove phrases
In the Dictionary of terms table, edit phrase text, tick or untick plural and prefix, and use the + / - buttons to add or remove rows.
Step 5: Save your changes
Click Save. Confirm in the modal: "Saving will overwrite the current dictionary. Do you wish to continue?" The button shows "Saving..." while it submits.
Step 6: Download or delete (optional)
In the Details panel:
Click Download dictionary to export the phrases as a CSV.
Click Delete dictionary to remove it. A confirmation dialog warns: "Are you sure that you wish to delete this dictionary? You will not be able to undo this deletion. All policies that use this dictionary will automatically be updated." Click Delete dictionary to confirm.
Notes
IMPORTANT: Deleting a dictionary cannot be undone, and all policies that use it are automatically updated.
IMPORTANT: Dictionary changes are evaluated at ingest time only and are not retroactive; existing flagged messages keep their status.
NOTE: Dictionary names must be unique per organisation.
