Summary
To view web archive reporting and threshold changes in MirrorWeb Insight, you can access comprehensive reports showing capture metrics, site performance data, and threshold change alerts for your archived websites. This allows you to monitor archiving activity and identify when significant changes occur on monitored sites.

Login credentials to MirrorWeb Insight
Web Archive access permissions
At least one configured site profile with archiving enabled
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the Web Archive section
From the main navigation menu, click Web Archive to access the web archiving dashboard.
Step 2: Access the Reporting dashboard
Click Reporting in the Web Archive submenu to view the main reporting dashboard with archive metrics and alerts.
Step 3: Review capture metrics and site performance
The reporting dashboard displays key metrics including:
Total captures performed across all sites
Successful vs failed capture rates
Storage usage statistics
Site-specific performance data
Step 4: View threshold change alerts
In the Threshold Changes section, review alerts for sites that have exceeded configured change thresholds:
Click on individual alerts to see detailed change information
Review the change percentage and affected content areas
Use the View Changes button to see side-by-side comparisons
Step 5: Filter and customize reporting views
Use the filtering options to customize your reporting view:
Select specific date ranges using the date picker
Filter by site profiles or collections
Choose specific metrics to display
Export reports using the Export button

Notes
Note: Reporting data is updated every hour, so recent capture activity may not immediately appear in the dashboard.
Note: Threshold change alerts are only generated for sites with Web Changes monitoring enabled and configured thresholds.
Important: Historical reporting data is retained for 12 months. Older data may be archived and require special export requests.
