Administrators can send connection emails to several connections at once from the Connections page. You select the connections you want, then use the Send selected bulk action. Each selected connection that requires authentication receives either a request or a reminder email, depending on its status; selected connections that don't require authentication are ignored.

From the Management area, open Connection management for your organisation and select Connections in the left-hand sidebar.

Use the checkbox at the start of each connection row to select connections, or the select-all checkbox in the table header to select every connection on the current page. A badge above the table shows how many connections are selected, with a control to clear the selection.

Select the Actions menu (top right of the Connections page) and choose Send selected. If none of the selected connections require authentication, this item is disabled with the tooltip "No selected connections require authentication".

The Send connection requests dialog opens. It shows an information notice: "Email requests will only be sent for connections that require authentication. Selected connections that don't require authentication will be ignored." It also states how many connections will be emailed (for example, "Send connection requests to N connections that require authentication."). Select Send to proceed, or Close to cancel.

On success, a toast notification appears confirming "Connection requests sent". If sending fails, an error toast appears: "Error sending connection requests".

Note: Each connection's email type is determined by its status — pending connections receive a reminder, other authenticatable connections receive a request.
