You can request additional platform licenses from the Licensing page. Submitting a request sends it to MirrorWeb's customer success team, who review it and follow up; it does not allocate licenses automatically. From the same place you can also ask to capture platforms you aren't yet licensed for. You can also trigger a request directly when you hit a platform's license quota while creating a connection.

In the Connection management area, select Licensing from the sidebar. The page is headed Licensing with the subtext "View platform licenses for" your organisation. The table shows each platform with Total licenses and Used licenses.

Use the Total licenses and Used licenses columns to see which platforms are at or near capacity.

Click Request licenses (top right). The Request licenses dialog explains: "Please specify how many additional licenses you need. Our customer success team will review your request and get back to you."

Use the Filter platforms... search to find a platform, then use the minus/plus stepper next to it to set how many additional licenses you need. You can set counts for multiple platforms in one request.

Click Send request. A success toast confirms "Request sent — Our customer success team will reach out to confirm the request." (The button is disabled until at least one platform has a count.)

Note: To capture a platform you aren't licensed for at all, use the "Want to capture more platforms? Reach out to our team here." link in the Request licenses dialog. This opens a Request platforms message box where you describe what you'd like to capture and click Send request.

Note: While creating a connection, if you have used all licenses for a platform you can request more from the "<platform> quota reached" dialog: choose how many additional licenses you need and click Send request.
