In MirrorWeb Insight, the platforms licensed for your organisation are the platforms that have a licence quota. You can see them on the Licensing page, which lists each licensed platform alongside its total and used licence counts. A separate Platforms page lists the platforms that messages have actually been ingested from.

From the Management area, open Connection management for your organisation. The left-hand sidebar shows the Connection management items, including Platforms and Licensing.

Select Licensing in the sidebar. The page is headed Licensing with the subtitle "View platform licenses for <organisation>".

The licence table lists each licensed platform with its platform icon and name, under the columns Platform, Total licenses and Used licenses. The platforms shown here are those that have a licence quota for your organisation.

To see the platforms that messages have been ingested from, select Platforms in the sidebar. This page is headed Platforms with the subtitle "View platforms we've ingested messages from for <organisation>", and shows a card for each platform. If none have been ingested, it shows "No platforms to show...".

Note: To request access to additional platforms, use Request licenses on the Licensing page and follow the "Want to capture more platforms?" link, which opens a Request platforms dialog. Requests are sent to the MirrorWeb customer success team.

Note: "Licensed platforms" (platforms with a quota) and "ingested platforms" (platforms messages have arrived for) are different views. A platform can be licensed before any messages have been ingested.
