Summary
The connection summary in MirrorWeb Insight gives you an at-a-glance overview of every data source connection for your organisation, grouped by status. It shows status cards with counts for Expired, Pending, Unactivated, Connected (active) and Static connections, followed by expandable lists of the connections in each group.
Prerequisites
Login credentials to MirrorWeb Insight
Access to the Connection management area for your organisation
At least one connection configured for your organisation
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open Connection management
From the Management area, open Connection management for your organisation. In the left-hand sidebar, under the Connection management heading, select Summary.
The Connection management landing page redirects to the Summary view by default.
Step 2: Review the status cards
The top of the summary page shows a grid of status cards. Each card displays a status label, a short description and a count:
Active connections — "Authenticated and being captured"
Pending connections — "Awaiting user authentication"
Unactivated connections — "Awaiting an authentication request"
Expired connections — "Expired and no longer active"
Static connections — "Do not require authentication"
Step 3: View or download connections for a status
Each status card (other than Static) includes a View button that opens the filtered connections list for that status, and a Download button that exports the connections to a CSV file. Static connection cards offer a download only.
Step 4: Review the per-status connection lists
Below the cards, the page lists the connections in each status group. For each connection the list shows the platform icon and name, the connection's admin email address, and — for connections that require authentication — the Last email sent date. Select a connection's email address to open that connection.
Notes
Note: If a status group has no connections, the list shows "No <status> connections...".
Note: A Send connection email action appears next to connections that require authentication, but only for administrators.
