Summary

Mira is MirrorWeb Insight's AI, and you reach it through its chat assistant. As well as performing actions, Mira can "Generate a navigation link to a specific platform page." Instead of hunting through menus, you ask in plain language and Mira gives you a clickable button that takes you straight to the page you need.

This is a read-only convenience: Mira is not changing any data, just helping you get to the right place quickly.

Prerequisites

  • Login credentials to MirrorWeb Insight

  • The Mira chat assistant enabled for your organisation

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Mira chat assistant

Select the chat icon in the top navigation bar (tooltip "Toggle chat"). The chat opens with the heading "How can I help?".

Step 2: Ask Mira to take you somewhere

Type where you want to go, for example "Take me to connections" or "Open the search page". Mira finds the right page (its progress label reads "Finding the right page...").

Step 3: Click the navigation button

Mira returns a clickable button to the page rather than a plain link. Select it to go straight there.

Notes

  • Navigation also appears throughout other Mira actions: after completing a task, or when an action cannot be done in chat (for example creating a connection), Mira offers a navigation button to the relevant page so you can continue in the UI.

  • Mira presents these as clickable buttons, so you will not see a raw URL pasted into the chat.
