To view the results of a vaulted search in MirrorWeb Insight, open your Vault list, view the vault, and review its messages. The vault opens into a results view with a list of messages on the left and the selected message on the right. You can change the vault's status and run bulk or export actions on the results.

Click Vault in the sidebar navigation. The Vault list shows your saved searches with columns for Name, Created, Last Updated, and Status. You can search by name, filter by status (All, Held, In Progress, Complete) and date, and sort the list (Newest, Oldest, Name A–Z, Name Z–A).

In the row for the vault you want to open, click View. This runs the vaulted search and opens its results.

The results view shows a list of messages on the left. Until you pick one, the panel reads "Select a message to begin the review process...".

Click a message in the list to open it in the panel on the right and review its content.

Use the vault status control to set the status to Held ("This Vault is held for future action."), In Progress ("This Vault is currently under active review."), or Complete ("The review process for this Vault has been completed.").

Note: From the vault results view you can also run bulk message actions and create an export of the results.

Note: If a vaulted search has been deleted or no longer exists, opening it shows a "Search has been deleted or doesn't exist..." message.
