Summary

Each scheduled search keeps a record of its previous runs. The schedule history page lets you "View search result history for this schedule" and open the results from any individual run. This article covers viewing a schedule's run history.

Prerequisites

  • Login credentials to MirrorWeb Insight

  • A scheduled search you own or that has been shared with you

  • At least one completed run for that schedule

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Schedules list

Navigate to the search Schedules section to see your scheduled searches.

Step 2: Open the schedule history

On the schedule you want to review, click the View schedule history control. The history page opens with the schedule's name as the heading and the description "View search result history for this schedule".

Step 3: Review previous runs

The history table lists previous runs with columns for Parent Schedule, Ran at, and Total results. Use the date picker and the sort control (Newest / Oldest) to narrow the list.

Step 4: Open the results for a run

Click View on a run to open the results for that execution.

Notes

  • If a schedule has no runs yet, the page shows "No searches... yet" with the message "It looks like you don't have any currently active search schedules, or your configured schedules haven't run yet." and a New Schedule button.

  • If a filter returns nothing, the page shows "No search results..." with "Try a different search".
