Summary

The Schedules list shows the scheduled searches you own or have access to and lets you search, filter, sort, edit, share, and open the run history for each one. This article covers managing scheduled searches from the Schedules list.

Prerequisites

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Schedules list

Navigate to the search Schedules section. The list shows columns for Name, Last Updated, Next Run, and Interval.

Notes

  • If you have no active schedules, the list shows "No Schedules..." with the message "It looks like you don't have any currently active search schedules." and a New Schedule button.

  • If a search/filter returns nothing, the list shows "No search results..." with "Try a different search".
