Summary

The Users page lets administrators view all users in their organisation, search and filter the list, and remove a user from the organisation. Each user is shown with their name, email, role, and account status.

Prerequisites

  • Login credentials to MirrorWeb Insight

  • Admin access (the Users area requires administrator permissions)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Users page

Navigate to the Users page for your organisation. The active users list appears under the Active tab. (A separate Invites tab shows pending invitations.)

Step 2: Review the users table

The table shows the following columns:

  • Name - the user's full name with their email shown beneath it.

  • Role - shown as either Admin or Standard.

  • Status - shown as a badge: Enabled, Inactive, Pending, or Locked.

Step 3: Search and filter the list

Use the controls above the table to narrow the list:

  • Search by name... - type a name and press Enter to filter.

  • A status filter with the options All, Active, Disabled, Pending, and Locked.

  • A sort dropdown with Name (A-Z) and Name (Z-A).

Step 4: Remove a user from the organisation

To remove a user, click the remove (trash) action at the end of their row. The tooltip reads "Remove user". A confirmation dialog titled Remove user? asks "Are you sure you want to remove [name] from this organization?". Click Remove to confirm or Cancel to dismiss.

On success, a message appears: "User [email] removed from organization."

Note: You cannot remove your own account from this list — the remove action is not shown on your own row.

Notes

  • A user's Role ("Admin" or "Standard") reflects whether they are an organisation administrator. This article does not cover changing that value.

  • To add users, use the invite flow described in "How to invite a new user". To assign users to teams, see "How to edit a team".

  • If the organisation has no users yet, the page shows an empty state ("No users...") with a button to send an invite.
