Summary
When you open an item in a workflow queue, the detail panel shows the item and the actions for recording a decision: Mark compliant, Mark non-compliant, or Escalate. Each action opens a dialog where you can add a comment before submitting. This article covers reviewing a single queue item.

A queue containing at least one item
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open a queue item
In the left sidebar Workflows group, click Queues, open a queue, then click an item in the list. The item opens in the detail panel on the right.
Step 2: Review the item details
The detail panel shows the item's content and the results from each workflow module that processed it (for example a Risk node run or a Mira review). If the item is already claimed by another reviewer, a "Claimed by ..." alert is shown.
Step 3: Mark the item compliant
Click the Mark compliant action (green check icon). In the Mark compliant dialog, optionally enter a Comment (optional). The dialog notes "This will be permanently stored in the history report for this message." Click Update to submit.
Step 4: Mark the item non-compliant
Click the Mark non-compliant action (red cross icon). In the dialog, select a Reason for marking as non-compliant — the options are Advertising, Risk, and Other — add an optional Comment (optional), then submit.
Step 5: Escalate the item
Click the Escalate action. In the Escalate message dialog, complete the fields (which include an agent selector and a risk-level selector) and an optional Comment (optional), then click Escalate. The button shows Submitting... while in progress.
Step 6: Continue to the next item
After submitting a decision, you can continue with the next item in the queue. The "More actions" menu (three dots) is available for communications items and offers options such as adding the sender as a privileged or marketing address.
Notes
Important: A decision "will be permanently stored in the history report for this message," per the compliant dialog's own wording.
Note: Mark non-compliant requires you to select a reason (Advertising, Risk, or Other); the comment is optional on all three decisions.
