Summary

Items routed by a workflow's Assignment module land in a review queue. The Review section shows your in-progress items (My Reviews) and the queues assigned to you (My Queues). The Queues section opens a queue and its items in a split-panel view where you filter, select, and open items for review. This article covers using these two sections.

Prerequisites

  • Login credentials to MirrorWeb Insight

  • The workflows feature enabled for your organization

  • At least one queue assigned to you that contains items

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Review section

In the left sidebar Workflows group, click Review. The page shows two sections: My Reviews and My Queues, each with a count badge.

Step 2: Review My Reviews

My Reviews is a table of items you have claimed, with columns Item, Created, Claimed at, and Releases. Each row has a View item action (opens the item) and a Release item action (returns the item to its queue). If you have no claimed items, the page shows "No items in review".

Step 3: Open a queue from My Queues

My Queues lists queues assigned to you with columns Queue, Description, and Items. Click a queue name or the View queue action to open it. You can also open the Queues section from the sidebar, which redirects you to your first assigned queue.

Step 4: Work through queue items

A queue opens in a split-panel view: a list of items on the left and the selected item's detail on the right (the empty detail reads "Select an item to review"). Use the claim status dropdown to filter items — options include All items, Available, All claimed, Claimed by me, and Claimed by others. You can switch between Comfy and Compact list density, and use the Queue: switcher in the top bar to move between your queues. Click an item to open it for review.

Notes

Note: Items already claimed by another reviewer show a lock indicator with the claimant's name; items you have claimed show a person indicator labelled "Claimed by you".

Note: Releasing an item from My Reviews returns it to its queue so another reviewer can claim it.
