Summary
Workflows in MirrorWeb Insight let you build automated review pipelines on a visual canvas. A workflow takes an input source, passes content through one or more processing modules, and routes the results to a review queue. The Workflows area groups four sections in the left sidebar under the heading Workflows: Review, Queues, Workflows, and (for administrators) Queue Management.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the Workflows area
In the left sidebar, the Workflows group lists Review, Queues, Workflows, and Queue Management (the last is shown only to administrators). Click Workflows to open the workflows list page, headed Workflows with the subtitle View configured workflows.
Step 2: Understand input sources
Every workflow is tied to one input source. The product exposes three input sources: Communications, Pre-review, and Identity. You can filter the workflows list by input source and by status (Draft or Published) using the dropdowns above the workflow cards.
Step 3: Understand workflow modules
A workflow is a graph of nodes (called Modules in the editor). It begins with an input node and routes content towards an Assignment module that sends results to a queue. The modules available from the Add Modules panel include:
Filter — "Filter by content metadata"
Identity — "Match by identity or identity group"
Risk — "Apply filtering based on risks"
Mira — "Mira review against specified risk categories"
Assignment — "Assign results to a queue for review"
Sampling — "Pass a percentage of messages to downstream nodes"
Step 4: Understand review and queues
When a workflow runs, items that reach an Assignment module land in the configured queue. Reviewers open the Review section to see their claimed items (My Reviews) and the queues assigned to them (My Queues), then open Queues to work through items and record a decision.
Notes
Note: Access to the Workflows area depends on the workflows feature being enabled for your organization. If it is not enabled, the workflows pages return "Not found".
Note: Queue Management appears in the sidebar only for users with administrator access.
