Summary
The workflow editor is a visual canvas where you add modules (nodes), connect them, and configure each one in a side panel. The header shows the workflow title, a tasks-remaining indicator, and the Save action (plus Publish for drafts and a version-history button for existing workflows). This article covers working in the editor.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the editor
Open the editor by creating a new workflow, or by clicking a workflow card on the Workflows list. The header shows the workflow name and its input source badge; the canvas fills the rest of the screen with a dotted background and zoom controls.
Step 2: Add modules from the Add Modules panel
Click Add Modules in the top-left of the canvas. The panel is headed Modules and lists the modules available for the workflow's input source, for example Filter ("Filter by content metadata"), Identity ("Match by identity or identity group"), Risk ("Apply filtering based on risks"), Mira ("Mira review against specified risk categories"), Assignment ("Assign results to a queue for review"), and Sampling ("Pass a percentage of messages to downstream nodes"). Drag a module onto the canvas to add it.
Step 3: Configure a module
Click a node to select it and open its configuration panel on the right. Complete the panel's fields. For example, the input node's panel is titled Input with the helper text "Define the sources of content to be reviewed." and includes Description and Platforms fields; an Assignment node requires you to select a queue.
Step 4: Connect modules
Drag from a node's connection handle to another node's handle to create an edge. Connections that are not allowed for the given node types are rejected by the editor's validation.
Step 5: Resolve outstanding tasks
The header shows a ... tasks remaining button. Hover it to open the Task List popover, which lists issues per node (for example "Select a queue", "Select platforms", or "Configure at least one filter group") and any workflow-level issues. Click a task to navigate the canvas to the affected node. When everything is valid the popover reads "All nodes are connected and configured correctly."
Step 6: Save your changes
Click Save in the header. Save is disabled when there are validation tasks or no changes to save. For an existing draft, a Publish button also appears once changes are saved.
Notes
Note: The input node and the starter Assignment node added with a new workflow cannot be deleted.
Note: A module becomes unavailable to drag once it reaches the maximum number of instances allowed for the input source; the panel shows a "Maximum of N ... node(s)" tooltip.
