You can export your organisation's connections to a CSV file from the Connections page. The export respects any filters applied to the connections list, and the download is named exported-connections. The export option is only available when there are 500 connections or fewer to export; for larger lists you must apply filters to narrow the list down.

In the Connection management area, select Connections from the sidebar.

Click the Actions button (top right) and select Export connections as CSV. If there are no connections the option is disabled ("No connections to export"); if there are more than 500 it is disabled with the tip to apply filters to narrow the list to 500 connections or fewer.

In the Export connections dialog, which states how many connections will be exported, click Download. (Use Close to cancel.) A success toast confirms "Connections exported successfully" and the CSV downloads automatically.

Note: The export reflects the filters applied on the Connections page (status, platform, and email address search).

Note: The exported file includes the following per connection: connection UUID, connection name, status, expiry date, last archived, admin email address, first connection email, last connection email, last reminder email, created at, and updated at.

Note: If there are no matching connections the dialog reports "No connections to export".
