Notes

Important: Review actions cannot be undone. Once a message is marked as compliant, non-compliant, or escalated, it cannot be reset to unreviewed.

Note: Search results are paginated with a maximum of 500 messages per page. Use filters to narrow large result sets for more efficient review.

Note: Thread view groups messages by conversation but may show fewer total messages per page due to the expanded display format.

Important: Privileged messages require PrivAccess permission to view full content and perform review actions.

Note: Flagged phrases are highlighted within message content based on your organisation's Lexicon policies. Changes to policies only affect future messages, not messages already ingested.
