Prerequisites
Login credentials to MirrorWeb Insight
Communications access permissions
A completed search with results to view
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Access your search results
Navigate to the search results page after running a search. The results display in a paginated list format showing message previews, sender information, and flagging status.
Step 2: Switch between list and thread view
Click the Thread View toggle to switch between individual message view and conversation threading. Thread view groups related messages together for better context.
Step 3: Apply filters to refine results
Use the filter panel to narrow your results by review status, flagging status, platform, or date range. Click Apply Filters to update the displayed results.
Select filter criteria from the available dropdowns
Set date ranges using the date picker
Choose review status: Unreviewed, Compliant, Non-compliant, or Escalated
Click Apply Filters
Step 4: Review individual messages
Click on any message to open the detailed view. From here you can mark messages as Compliant, Non-compliant, or Escalated.
Click on a message from Sarah Mitchell regarding "material non-public information"
Review the full message content and any flagged phrases
Select the appropriate review action from the dropdown
Add a reason if marking as non-compliant
Click Submit Review
Step 5: Use bulk actions for multiple messages
Select multiple messages using the checkboxes and apply bulk review actions. This streamlines the review process for similar messages.
Check the boxes next to messages you want to review
Click Bulk Actions at the top of the results
Select your review action
Confirm the bulk operation
Step 6: Navigate through result pages
Use the pagination controls at the bottom to navigate through large result sets. You can jump to specific pages or adjust the number of results per page.
Recording: Complete workflow showing navigation from search results through filtering, message review, and bulk actions
Notes
Important: Review actions cannot be undone. Once a message is marked as compliant, non-compliant, or escalated, it cannot be reset to unreviewed.
Note: Search results are paginated with a maximum of 500 messages per page. Use filters to narrow large result sets for more efficient review.
Note: Thread view groups messages by conversation but may show fewer total messages per page due to the expanded display format.
Important: Privileged messages require PrivAccess permission to view full content and perform review actions.
Note: Flagged phrases are highlighted within message content based on your organisation's Lexicon policies. Changes to policies only affect future messages, not messages already ingested.
