Summary
From the Teams page you can manage a team's members, change its permissions and settings, and delete it. Managing members and editing a team's permissions/settings are two separate actions, each reached from the team's row on the Teams page.
Prerequisites
Login credentials to MirrorWeb Insight
Admin access (the Teams area requires administrator permissions)
The team must already exist
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Find the team on the Teams page
On the Teams page, locate the team in the table. Each row shows the team's Name, Members count, Last Updated date, and Team Type (Custom or Preset). You can search by name and filter by team type (All, Custom, Preset).
Each row has two actions: a "Manage team members" action and an "Edit team" action.
Step 2: Manage team members
Click the "Manage team members" action on the team's row. This opens the team's members page, which shows the current members with their Name and Email.
To add members, click Assign. A dialog titled Assign to team lists members not yet in the team; select the members you want and click Assign.
To remove a member, click the remove (trash) action on their row. A confirmation dialog titled Remove member? asks "Are you sure you want to remove [name] from team [team name]?". Click Remove to confirm.
Step 3: Edit the team's permissions and settings
Back on the Teams page, click the "Edit team" action on the team's row. The edit page opens with the team name as its heading and the description "Modify team settings and permissions". It has two tabs:
Permissions - adjust the team's permission selections.
General - edit the team name and the platform/identity access restrictions.
Step 4: Save your changes
Click Save Changes. While saving, the button shows "Saving...". On success, a message appears: "Team successfully updated". If it fails, an error titled "Error updating team" is shown.
Step 5: Delete a team (optional)
On the edit team page, click the delete (trash) action next to Save Changes (tooltip "Delete team"). A confirmation dialog titled Delete team? asks "Are you sure you want to delete [team name]? This action cannot be undone." Click Delete to confirm.
Notes
Preset teams are managed by MirrorWeb and cannot be edited. On the Teams page, the edit action is disabled for these teams, and the tooltip reads "This team is managed by MirrorWeb".
Deleting a team cannot be undone.
