Summary
In search results you can select several messages and review them together using the Bulk actions... menu. From this menu you can mark the selected messages compliant, mark them non-compliant, or escalate them — without opening each message individually.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Run a search
Run a search to display the messages you want to review.
Step 2: Select messages
Select the messages you want to action using the checkboxes in the results list. Until at least one message is selected, the Bulk actions... button is disabled with the tooltip "Select messages for bulk action".
Step 3: Open the Bulk actions menu and choose an action
Click Bulk actions... to open the menu, then choose one of:
Mark compliant (green check icon)
Mark non-compliant (red cross icon)
Escalate (yellow double-chevron icon)
Step 4: Complete the action details
A dialog opens showing the Total number of selected messages and the relevant fields:
Mark compliant — an optional comment ("This will be permanently stored in the history report for this message."). Click Update.
Mark non-compliant — a Reason dropdown (Advertising, Risk, Other) and an optional comment. Click Update.
Escalate — an Agent dropdown, a required Risk level (Very low, Low, Medium, High, Very high), and an optional comment. Click Escalate.
Step 5: Confirm
Submit the dialog to apply the action to all selected messages. On success a confirmation appears (for example "Messages marked non-compliant"), and the selection is cleared.
Notes
Note: Bulk actions cannot be applied when all results are selected — the Bulk actions... button is disabled in that state with the tooltip "Cannot action all messages". Select a subset of messages instead.
