Summary

The MirrorWeb Insight dashboard is the home page for an organisation. It shows overview metrics for the selected time period and provides a left-hand sidebar for navigating to the platform's features. The features visible to you depend on your organisation's enabled products and your access permissions.

Prerequisites

  • A valid MirrorWeb Insight user account

  • Access to at least one organisation

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the dashboard

After you sign in (and select an organisation if you belong to more than one), the dashboard is displayed. Its heading reads "Home Dashboard - " followed by your organisation's name, with the current date range shown beneath it.

Step 2: Change the dashboard time period

Use the dropdown in the top right of the dashboard to change the reporting period. The options are Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 6 months, and Last 12 months.

Step 3: Review the overview cards

Depending on your access, the dashboard shows summary cards such as Ingested messages, Flagged messages, and Web crawls, along with charts for Message actions and Communications platforms. If Sentinel is enabled, a Pending Sentinel alerts card is also shown. The Message actions card includes a You / Org toggle to switch between your own activity and the whole organisation's.

Step 4: Navigate using the sidebar

The left-hand sidebar lists the features available to you. Items can include Dashboard, Sentinel, Workflows, Risk Management, Identities, Pre-Review, Communications, Web, Management, and Escalations. Select an item to open that area.

Step 5: Switch organisation or open your profile

At the bottom of the sidebar, the organisation selector shows your current organisation; if you have access to more than one, you can use it to switch. In the top-right corner, the user menu (your avatar) provides User Profile and Logout.

Notes

Note: Sidebar items and dashboard cards only appear if the relevant product is enabled for your organisation and you have the required permissions. If you do not see an expected item, contact your administrator.

Note: If you have access to neither messaging nor web data, the dashboard shows a "No dashboard data..." message instead of the overview cards.
