Summary
When you review a web content change in the replay/review-changes view (Kagami, at replay.mirrorweb.com), you can record a compliance decision against each individual result. The three actions available on a result are Mark compliant, Mark non-compliant, and Escalate. Each action is captured permanently in the result's history so that the change can be audited later.
Each action is taken from the toolbar above the diff for the selected result. Recording your first action on a change also moves the change's review status from Pending to In Progress.
Prerequisites
You must have access to MirrorWeb Web Archive and to the replay/review-changes view (Kagami) at replay.mirrorweb.com.
You need a change with at least one result to review. From the change inbox in the console, open a change to launch the review-changes view; use the View Activity and result list to select the result you want to action.
The Escalate action is only available when escalation is enabled for your organization.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the change and select a result
From the change inbox, open the change you want to review. The review-changes view opens in Kagami (replay.mirrorweb.com), showing the list of results on the left and the selected result's diff on the right. Select the result you want to action from the list.
Step 2: Choose an action from the result toolbar
In the toolbar above the diff for the selected result, you will see action buttons with the following tooltips:
Mark compliant (green check icon)
Mark non-compliant (red cross icon)
Escalate (yellow double-chevron icon) — shown only when escalation is enabled
If a result has already been escalated, these buttons are disabled and the tooltip reads "This result has been escalated".
Step 3: Mark a result compliant
Select the Mark compliant button. A modal headed Mark compliant opens with the message "This will be permanently stored in the history report for this url result." Add an optional comment in the Comment (optional) field, then select Update.
On success a toast headed Success confirms "Result for [url] has been marked compliant." If the update fails, an error toast headed Error marking result compliant appears.
Step 4: Mark a result non-compliant
Select the Mark non-compliant button. A modal headed Mark non-compliant opens with the same message, "This will be permanently stored in the history report for this url result." Add an optional comment in the Comment (optional) field, then select Update.
On success a toast headed Success confirms "Url result for [url] has been marked non-compliant." If the update fails, an error toast headed Error marking result non-compliant appears.
Step 5: Escalate a result
Select the Escalate button. A modal headed Escalate opens with the message "Select an agent to escalate this result to. They receive an email notification linking them to this result for further review." Complete the fields:
Agent — select an agent from the list (placeholder "Select agent"). The escalation email is sent to this agent.
Risk level (required) — select one of Very low, Low, Medium, High, or Very high (placeholder "Select risk level").
Comment (optional) — add an optional comment.
Select Update to send the escalation. On success a toast headed Success confirms "Url result for [url] has been escalated to [agent email]." If the escalation fails, an error toast headed Error performing escalation appears, and the modal shows the message "Failed to escalate the URL result. Please try again or contact support."
Notes
Each action is recorded permanently against the result and can be reviewed afterwards. See "How to view web change audit events" for how to view the history of actions on a change.
Recording your first compliance action on a change automatically moves the change's review status to In Progress.
A result that has been escalated cannot be marked compliant or non-compliant; the action buttons are disabled with the tooltip "This result has been escalated".
All three modals can be dismissed with Cancel or the close button without recording an action.
