Summary

The Changes Inbox lists change notifications for your organisation. Each notification shows the affected website, when it was created, how many pages changed, and a review status. From a notification you can open the change to review it in detail.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Web area of the platform for your organisation.

  • Web Changes enabled for your organisation (the Changes option appears in the sidebar only when Web Changes is available).

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Changes Inbox

In the left sidebar, under the Web heading, select Changes.

The page is headed Changes Inbox with the subheading "Overview of change notifications for ".

Step 2: Search and filter changes

  • Use the search box (placeholder "Search by site name or url...") and press Enter.

  • Use the date picker to filter by date.

  • Use the status filter dropdown: All, Pending, In Progress, Reviewed.

  • Use the sort dropdown: Newest, Oldest, Name (A-Z), Name (Z-A), URL (A-Z), URL (Z-A).

Step 3: Review the change notifications table

The table has these columns:

  • Website (site name and URL)

  • Created (with a Last updated date where available)

  • Total pages changed (hover the info icon to see the breakdown: Added, Removed, Updated)

  • Status — a badge showing Pending, In Progress, or Reviewed

Step 4: Open a change to review it

Select View on a change to open it in the change review viewer, where you can examine the detected changes for that capture.

Notes

  • If there are no changes, the page shows "No Changes Reported" with the message: "There are no changes reported for this organization. Once a change is made to a site within this organization, it will appear here once the capture of the site is completed."

  • If a search or filter returns nothing, the page shows "No Search Results..." with guidance to adjust your search terms or filters.
