Summary

The Sites area lists the websites your organisation has archived. Each site is shown with its name, URL, the number of captured instances, and the date it was created. From here you can search for a specific site and open it to view its capture history.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Web area of the platform for your organisation.

  • At least one archived site available for your organisation.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Sites page

In the left sidebar, under the Web heading, select Sites.

The page is headed Websites with the subheading "Browse a list of your archived web content".

Open the Sites page from the Web sidebar

Step 2: Search for a site

Use the search box with the placeholder "Search by profile name...". Type your search term and press Enter to filter the list. To clear the search, select the clear (X) button at the right of the search box.

Step 3: Sort the list

Use the sort dropdown to change the order of results. The available sort options are:

  • Name (A-Z)

  • Name (Z-A)

  • Newest

  • Oldest

  • Instance Count (Decreasing)

  • Instance Count (Increasing)

Sort the site list

Step 4: Open a site

Each site card shows the site name, its URL, the instance count (for example "12 instances"), and the Created date. Select a site to open its instances list.

Open a site to view its instances

Notes

  • If no sites are available, the page shows "No sites..." with the message "There aren't any sites available for this organization."

  • If a search returns nothing, the page shows "No search results..." with the message "Try a different search".

  • Sites can also be browsed grouped by collection. See "How to view and browse collections".
