Summary
Every action taken on a web content change is recorded as an audit event. You can view these audit events in the replay/review-changes view (Kagami, at replay.mirrorweb.com) in two places:
The History panel beneath an individual result's diff shows the audit events for that single result.
The View Activity drawer (also headed History) shows the audit events for the whole change, across all of its results.
Audit events include who took the action (the agent's email), what action they took (Viewed, Marked compliant, Marked non-compliant, Escalated, Commented, Exported), when it happened, and any comment they left.
Prerequisites
You must have access to MirrorWeb Web Archive and to the replay/review-changes view (Kagami) at replay.mirrorweb.com.
You need a change to view. Open a change from the change inbox to launch the review-changes view in Kagami.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Open the change in the review-changes view
From the change inbox, open the change you want to inspect. The review-changes view opens in Kagami (replay.mirrorweb.com), showing the list of results and, when a result is selected, its diff.
Step 2: View the history for a single result
With a result selected, locate the History accordion beneath the result's diff. The accordion header shows a badge with the count of history events. Expand it to see the events for that result, newest first.
Each entry shows the agent's email, an action badge, the action message (for example "Marked as compliant on [date]", "Marked as non-compliant on [date]", "Escalated to [agent] on [date]", "Viewed on [date]", or "Commented on [date]"), and any comment that was left.
If there are no events, the panel reads "No history events at this time". If the events fail to load, it reads "Failed to load history events".
Step 3: View activity for the whole change
To see all audit events across every result in the change, select View Activity (annotation icon) in the toolbar above the results. A drawer headed History opens, listing each audit event for the change.
Each entry shows the agent's email, an action badge, and either the URL: of the result (for unique results) or a Group: link (for grouped results) that opens that group. The action message and any comment are also shown.
If there are no events, the drawer reads "No history events found".
Notes
Audit events are recorded automatically as actions are taken on a change; see "How to mark a web change as compliant, non-compliant, or escalate" for the actions that generate these events.
The per-result History panel is ordered newest first; the change-wide View Activity drawer scrolls to the most recent event when opened.
Selecting View Activity re-fetches the latest audit events each time it is opened.
Audit events are also included when you export a change's records to CSV.
