Summary

For a central connection set up with Partial tenant scope of capture, you control which accounts are captured by configuring them on the connection's Tenant Configuration tab. There you can add and remove individual account addresses. This tab only appears for central or mobile connections that were configured with partial tenant access.

Prerequisites

  • Login credentials to MirrorWeb Insight

  • Admin access for the organisation

  • An existing central connection configured with Partial tenant scope of capture (the Tenant Configuration tab is hidden for full-tenant connections)

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Open the Connections page

In the Connection management area, select Connections from the sidebar.

Step 2: Open the connection

Find the connection in the table and click the View connection action (the edit icon) on its row to open the connection.

Step 3: Open the Tenant Configuration tab

On the connection, select the Tenant Configuration tab. (The connection's tabs are Connection Details, Captured Accounts, and Tenant Configuration; the last appears only for partial-tenant central/mobile connections.) The tab shows a table headed "Accounts configured to be captured for this connection". If none exist yet, it shows "No accounts have been configured for this connection".

Step 4: Add an account

Click Add account. In the Add Account dialog, enter the Account Address (for example example@mail.com). To add several in a row, tick Add more accounts before saving. Click Add account in the dialog to save. A success toast confirms "Account added successfully".

Step 5: Remove an account (optional)

To remove a configured account, click the delete (trash) icon on its row. In the Delete account dialog, confirm by clicking Delete account. A success toast confirms "Account deleted successfully".

Notes

Note: The Tenant Configuration tab lists accounts you have configured to be captured. The separate Captured Accounts tab shows accounts that have actually had messages captured ("Accounts captured for this connection").
